: (1) Nepal government may establish an independent labor arbitration tribunal for conciliation and mediation in relation to collective disputes.
(2) In the event that a labor arbitration tribunal is constituted as per sub-section (1), the conciliation and arbitration proceedings as per this paragraph shall be conducted by the said labor arbitration tribunal.
(3) Other arrangements related to labor arbitration tribunal shall be as prescribed.
